We’re Riess Group – a Shopify Plus Agency that’s been designing and developing stunning websites and web apps since 2007. We’re a fully remote team of two dozen hardworking and talented individuals spanning 10+ countries. We are hiring for a Mid-Level UX Designer part time position.

In this role, you’ll be overseeing design for some of our biggest VIP clients, from the hottest startups to multiple Fortune 500 companies, as well as businesses that are growing fast and need the help of a premier Shopify Plus agency. Some of our clients include Discovery Channel, Chip and Joanna Gaines, C4 Energy, Bird Scooters, and some NDA brands so big it kind of freaks us out. You should be kind, task-driven, self-managed, and ready to learn on the go and create world class designs for our clients.

In this role, you will: - Wireframe, moodboard, and conceptualize Shopify stores, apps, and various other interfaces on the whim of our sometimes quite whim-driven clients - Take those wireframes and concepts and turn them into fully responsive designs - Make recommendations that help our clients have ‘wow’ factor aesthetics that also convert better than any other site - Keep designs organized and well prepped for our amazing dev team - Largely design solo, though occasionally coordinate with client design teams or one of our two other internal designers

Schedule: - We hope to scale this into a full time role over time, but we are fine if you want to stay part time - We are flexible on when you want to work, so long as 2-3 hours daily overlap with Texas business hours (8am-5pm USA CT) - We are flexible to work with you if you need slightly more or less than 20 hours/week

Anticipated Compensation: $35,000-$60,000/year for part time
