Remote Outbound Appointment Setter

We are looking for a team member that is competitive, dependable, and energetic to set appointments for our sales department. This is an outbound, cold calling role.

EG Publishing is a Phoenix, Arizona based publisher of 4 hyperlocal news publications and a children’s publication. We are seeking a motivated outbound appointment setter that can cold call, cold email, and use social media to set qualified appointments daily. We are looking for a team member that is competitive, dependable, has charisma, and knows how to engage potential prospects on a cold call. There are no leads or inbound calls within this role.

The position is full time from 9am-5pm (MST) Monday-Friday.

QUALIFICATIONS:

·       Fluent and conversational English. (bilingual Spanish and English is a plus)

·       Able to receive direct deposit in US Dollars or have PayPal.

·       Able to make phone calls into the US through Google voice or similar phone system/ app and have a local Arizona phone number assigned.

·       Have an active and appropriate Facebook account.

·       Must have at least 1 year of outbound appointment setting experience.

·       Attend Zoom training on an ongoing basis.

·       Reliable computer with camera for zoom meetings and internet with reliable and consistent connectivity.

COMPENSATION:

Base plus commission. The initial base pay is $1,000 per month and commission is paid monthly on appointments that are sold. This is a tiered commission structure which is listed below:

0-7 appts = $5 per sale 

8-24 appts sold = $15

25 appts sold = $30

 Performance reviews are conducted at 60 and 90 days and base pay can be adjusted accordingly. After 90 days, reviews are conducted quarterly. For the right candidate, there is an opportunity to move into a sales position after 1 year.
