Responsibilities
Managing and organising Monthly Cohort Call
Manage Google account with calendar of events and invitees
Quarterly Outreach to Members Primary Contact
Extensively scheduling, monitoring, and prioritizing all day-to-day incoming communications and requests
Creating and sharing daily summaries of upcoming meetings, with context from the founder’s inbox
Managing digital marketing/SEO tasks
Planning, coordinating, and scheduling all types of meetings.
Proactively anticipating and resolving scheduling conflicts, and managing all administrative details
Managing social media and content creation
Handling scheduling and coordination of ad-hoc personal requests.
Collaborating on research and note-taking in certain meetings with summaries

Qualifications:
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an Administrative and marketing role
Knowledge of Digital Marketing and SEO
Experience with social media management and content creation
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with scheduling software.
Autonomous, proactive, and innovative.
Enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced, evolving environment and aligning with the founder’s vision and core values.
