About the Role

The Brand Manager will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of brands in a distinct culinary category. Your role is incredibly collaborative and entirely cross-functional as you will work with Culinary, Research, Consumer Marketing, Sales, and Creative to develop best-in-class virtual restaurant brands. Your responsibilities include revenue management for existing Virtual Restaurant brands, as well as new concept generation, testing, and commercialization. You will also drive the development of brand marketplace activation and post-launch evaluation. You will be expected to become an expert in all things Virtual Restaurant related, including culinary trends, restaurant delivery trends and KPI’s, advertising and marketing practices, delivery platforms, and consumer dining preferences and behavior.
