About FastBill

We are FastBill, a FinTech in Frankfurt that was founded in 2007 by René Maudrich and Christian Häfner with the goal of making accounting and billing as easy as never before for small businesses. That’s why we have developed fastbill.com - a leading SaaS-platform for billing, banking and accounting with a focus on automation.

Our team consists of about 30 members, who in part work in our office in Frankfurt, but also either from home or fully remotely. Diversity is important to us, and this shows in the composition of our team.

Since 2021, FastBill has been part of the Canadian company FreshBooks, which has made both our team and our work even more international. FreshBooks has further locations in Croatia, Mexico or the Netherlands.

What you’ll do

In tandem with our marketing team, you will convert Leads into satisfied customers. Your specific areas of responsibility will be:

You make initial contact with Inbound-Leads via phone

You continually develop and improve our Sales funnels and structures

You document your calls and iteratively improve your process

What You’ll Bring to the Role

You are proactive with a can-do attitude and feel equally at home when working independently or in a team. Communication is your strong suit, and because you are passionate about our product you have no issues to make others passionate about it as well. If the following applies to you, we should get to know each other:

You have previous experience in the Sales space

Your work is data-driven and goal-oriented

You are a digital native and can explain terms like “cloud-based Saas-FinTech” to those who are not

Experience in working with CRM-Tools is an asset, but not required

You should be able to speak German on a native-speaker level and be proficient in English
