Product Designer

Product Designer will play a key role in shaping user experiences and crafting intuitive, high-quality interfaces; work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and researchers, to create seamless and engaging digital products. • Design user-centric interfaces, from idea to high-fidelity prototypes
• Design and refine solutions based on user research and product goals
• Conduct usability testing, analyze user feedback, and iterate on designs to improve the user experience
• Balance business objectives with user needs, advocating for design-driven decisions
• Design and maintain design systems, style guides, and design documentation to ensure consistency and quality across products
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineers, to ensure alignment and integration of design solutions with overall product strategy and technical feasibility
• Collaborate with the analytics team to identify growth opportunities
• Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to understand user needs

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role
• A strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions and problem-solving skills
• Experience with design systems, guides, and UI kits, design systems
• Experience working in fast-paced environments.
• Work experience in the crypto industry would be considered an advantage
• Strong understanding of UX, usability, and accessibility principles
• Attention to detail with a solid grasp of design fundamentals
• Ability to simplify complex problems into intuitive solutions
• Proficiency in user research, A/B testing, and data-driven decisions
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills, with English proficiency at an intermediate or higher level
