Duties and Responsibilities

  • Resolve client inquiries and complaints via online chat portal in a timely and accurate manner. Escalate issues as appropriate.
  • Perform administrative and clerical duties for client support tracking
  • Consistently meet established performance standards, including quantity and quality chat standards.
  • Maintain current knowledge of Blocks software platform and effectively apply knowledge in all job functions
  • Consistently demonstrate excellent attendance and punctuality
  • Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bilingual (English and Spanish )
  • 3-5 years of direct customer service in any industry
Preferred Qualifications:

  • Direct experience and familiarity with political space (canvasser, volunteer, etc)
  • SQL experience
  • SaaS experience
  • Previous remote experience
