We’ve built software that automates the execution of sports bets / casino game strategies and we help our customers use this to earn a profit. We’re UK based, have been operating for over 6 years.

We’re looking to hire for a customer support / account manager role. This position would be full time and remote with a salary in the £20,000 - £40,000 range which includes a commission / bonus element.

Your day-to-day will involve:

  • Client support through online messaging channels (no phone / voice support required)

  • Helping new customers sign up and get started

  • Checking in with each client account under management - ensure clients are completing their obligations

  • Answering general queries from clients

  • Chasing outstanding client invoices

Key Qualifications

  • Fluent English and (ideally) a high level of German

  • 1-2 years of work experience in an administrative / customer support role

  • Ability to effectively prioritise and escalate user issues as required

  • Advanced customer service skills: active listening, empathy, conflict resolution, problem-solving, and professionalism

  • Ability to multi-task, work independently, and make accurate decisions with a sense of urgency
