We’re looking for a Sales Coordinator to join Phiture and help drive our growth by managing inbound and outbound sales opportunities across our award-winning services. This role is all about building strong first impressions, qualifying opportunities, maintaining a healthy and active sales pipeline through consistent hygiene and follow-ups, and ensuring smooth handovers to our Account Management team.
WHAT YOU’LL DO - Manage inbound leads through Hubspot - qualifying and running structured discovery calls, proactive and frequent follow-ups. - Translate discovery outcomes into a clear, actionable brief and hand it over to the Account Management team for closing. - Maintain a clean, accurate, and transparent CRM for the wider Revops team. - Collaborate closely with Account Managers and Pod Leads to align opportunities with services. - Support and execute activation and reactivation campaigns to keep the pipeline healthy. - Collaborate closely with Marketing to develop Sales collateral, develop feedback loops to optimize top-of-the-funnel activities.
