Job Summary

We are seeking a Paid Media Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) platforms. This role plays a key part in driving conversions, leads, and revenue through strategic and analytical performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Research target audiences, keywords, and competitors to improve campaign effectiveness
• Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversion rate
• Develop and test ad creatives (copy, visuals, formats) in collaboration with content and design teams
• Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize ROI
• Set up and maintain tracking systems using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and optimization recommendations
• Stay updated with the latest digital advertising trends, platform updates, and best practices
• Work closely with internal teams to align paid media strategies with overall marketing goals

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred)
• 1–3+ years of experience in Paid Media / Digital Advertising
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram Ads
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
• Familiar with tracking, reporting, and performance measurement tools
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Nice to Have

• Experience in lead generation or e-commerce campaigns
• Knowledge of A/B testing, remarketing, and funnel optimization
• Experience managing medium to large advertising budgets
• Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications
