The Role
Weâre looking for an Onboarding Specialist to join our Customer Success team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with customers, is comfortable with light technical tasks, and wants to build a career in SaaS and customer success.
Youâll be working as part of a broader Customer Success team and reporting directly to the Head of Customer Success. Your primary focus will be helping hospitality venues launch on the Bite platform as smoothly and quickly as possible.

Work directly with hospitality customers to guide them through onboarding and launch on the Bite platform
