We are seeking a UX Researcher to join our Design team, motivated by the opportunity to deliver amazing experiences for our users. When we understand people’s mental models, their team’s workflows, and their organization’s constraints, we can make smarter product bets. You’ll likely be answering questions like: What are new-to-Vowel users expecting to find when they sign up? Why did users try feature X once but not make it a regular part of their workflows?This is an opportunity to impact how our organization develops the practice of research. You will champion the voice of our users as we ship products, learn how they behave, and learn what motivates them.
