About The Role We’re searching for a Director of Design to lead all Product Design efforts across Crunchbase. This key leader will manage a team of world-class designers that not only enjoy helping our users, but also love having fun, making each other laugh, and helping one another grow to become the best designers they can be. Reporting to the SVP of Product, you’ll have a direct line to the Executive team, which will help you not only shape our Design, but also our overall Product Strategy.

This is an exciting time to be joining Crunchbase. We’ve recently shifted focus from our Data & API products, and are doubling down on our core software products, rapidly growing its adoption across both individuals and large enterprise teams simultaneously. You’ll be leading all our design efforts in this area and will be integral to the success of the company.
