Triple Whale is seeking a Commercial Sales Manager to lead the growth and development of our Commercial Sales team by providing advanced sales expertise, hands-on coaching, and driving process improvements. You will strategically guide the team to consistently surpass performance goals and deliver exceptional results.
What You’ll Do:
Lead a top-performing team of full-cycle Mid-Market Account Executives
Provide ongoing coaching and development through regular feedback, skill-building sessions, and data-driven insights
Guide your team through the entire sales process
Oversee the daily execution of sales strategies to consistently achieve and exceed ambitious revenue goals
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, and Enablement to align initiatives, streamline workflows, and maximize team performance
Leverage your deep understanding of SaaS sales to drive efficiency, enhance deal execution, and shorten sales cycles
Continuously evaluate and refine sales processes to boost productivity and operational excellence
Track performance metrics and deliver transparent reporting on both individual and team outcomes
Cultivate a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning that motivates your team to perform at their best
What You’ll Bring:
2+ years of experience building, leading, and managing high-performing Commercial or Mid-Market sales teams, ideally within a SaaS organization.
Proven history of achieving 100%+ of quota as both a manager and individual contributor
$80,000 — $120,000/year
