Reporting to the Sr. Director of Clinical Customer Success and in collaboration with Customer Success, Sales and Clinical Leadership teams, the Strategic Clinical Advisor is an expert consultant responsible for the strategic design and delivery of best in class workforce clinical programs and initiatives for some of the world’s more forward thinking employers.

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Maintain a personal book of business of customers, including some of the world’s largest and most influential companies while serving as a clinical lead and behavioral health subject matter expert

  • Ad-hoc project work based on customer demand and market needs

  • Collaborate with Customer Success teams and cross-function executive leadership to find creative solutions for customers

  • Fierce advocate for and amplify the voice of Spring’s customers and members

  • Represent Spring in customer-facing events such as seminars, conferences, trainings, webinars, and media appearances

  • KPIs will include metrics on customer retention, expansion and satisfaction


What we expect from you:

  • Actively licensed, at least master’s level mental health clinician (ex. LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, LCPC etc)

  • Significant experience with employee benefit programs/health plans/benefits consulting

  • Experience (3 years +)  in organizational-level mental health and wellness interventions/programs

  • Proven track record of building and delivering strategic programs, and evolving those programs over time with minimal direction

  • Deep subject matter expertise in Mental Health and EAP programs

  • Deep subject matter expertise in MHPAEA, ERISA, and other relevant healthcare regulations/requirements

  • Excitement about working in a rapidly changing organization

  • Excellent communication/collaboration skills

  • Excellent presentation skills

  • Willingness to travel up to 25%

  The target salary range for this position is $132,000 - $165,000, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options, benefits, and incentive pay for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
