Compensation

Sales team members at Unload My Home typically earn $1,700 to $2,900+ per month, including commission. This role offers a base salary of $1,100/month, with uncapped commission potential based on your performance.

What You’ll Be Doing

Your job is to live transfer at least 8 qualified leads per week to our Closers.

Your top responsibilities:

• Determine in under 6 minutes if a prospect has a pain point and are ready to sell
• A new hire will be expected to a high volume of calls using our power dialer Monday through Friday and live transfer at least 8 qualified leads per week to our Closers.
• Update the CRM after each conversation to keep our system running smoothly

What’s expected of you:

• Complete our self-onboarding and daily training
• Hit at least one of these metrics daily: 2 live transfers, 25 conversations, or 600 calls (on our power dialer)
• Deliver 8 qualified live transfers per week

A typical day looks like this:

You’ll start with our 8:30 AM EST morning huddle, reviewing yesterday’s results and sharpening your sales skills. After training, you’ll be on the phone, power dialing sellers and uncovering new opportunities. The sales team takes an hour lunch break at 12:30 PM EST, and the day wraps up at 5:30 PM EST, Monday through Friday.
