What To Expect
As a remote inside sales representative, you’ll be deeply involved with educating and guiding individuals on why Credit Glory may (or may not) be a great choice to improve their credit.
You will offer credit consultations to callers to identify how we can help them achieve their goals. You will not waste any time cold calling; all our leads are relatively qualified, high-converting inbound calls. You will be responsible for managing your lead pipeline and collaborating with management to optimize your call flow and productivity.

We offer a base salary + uncapped commission (and health benefits!). The top 25% of our sales team earns over $120k per year (from the comfort of their own home). Our bottom to mid-tier earners earn $60k - $80k. Low performers are consistently identified, evaluated, and trained to maximize their success!

  • Sales: Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Customers: Understand customer needs and requirements.
  • Sales Goals: Close sales and achieve monthly quotas
  • Credit Repair: Learn basics about credit repair & industry-specific compliance
  • Pipeline Management: Manage your sales & opportunity pipeline.

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of demonstrated success in previous sales positions with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quotas; experience with credit repair sales and/or banking/financial industries preferred
  • Track Record: Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Phone Presence: Strong phone presence and experience taking dozens of calls per day Must have a commanding phone presence; maintain a positive attitude and the mentality that every deal is fundable
  • Communication: Superior communication skills, both written and oral
  • Time Management: Exceptional time management and organizational skills to ensure follow up with all clients & managers
  • Professionalism: Ability to maintain professionalism in all interactions and communication
