Then we are looking for you as motivated and talented UX / UI Designer (m/f/d) for inhouse developed DataPlatform Product for the Telematics Industry at the earliest possible date for our headquarters in Fulda or remote.
Your Mission

First week: you meet the team and start to know our company

Fist month: you familiarize with our product and current workflows

First 6 months: you consolidate design systems, improve workflows and take responsibility for all design task

First year: you provide a consistent design system for our core products
What you can expect
-
Design for data driven reporting products as well as development of a design-system
-
Investigating user experience design requirements for our suite of digital assets
-
Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand
-
Producing high quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes

Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets

Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages

Collaborating with the marketing team, and internal and external designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user

Adhering to style standards on typography and graphic design
What we expect
-
5+ years’ experience in UX/UI Design, UX (Copy)writing and Product Design

Understanding of HTML & CSS
-
Experience with Google Material Design and Figma
-
Experience with subscription website, responsive design, new design trends and execution in a fast-paced environment
-
Proficient design skills like sketching, wireframing, prototyping, creating high-fidelity mockups with design tools like Sketch, Photoshop, etc.

Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction

Excellent communication skills in English

Excellent presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills, including the ability to communicate complex, interactive design concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization

Experience working in a collaborative team and working closely with technology teams for implementation of designs

Comprehensive understanding of the current state of web technology and best practices
