Are you passionate about helping to make our systems more effective, equitable, and just? Are you ready to work for change?
At Evident Change, we believe our social systems should help people reach their greatest potential, not create barriers to their success. That’s why we partner with systems professionals and communities to get to the root of their biggest challenges, and we give them the tools and knowledge to achieve better outcomes for everyone involved.

We are looking for a senior solutions architect to help clients overcome their most difficult challenges. Our client’s business drives our solutions, which start with a thorough and strategic understanding of the client’s unique business requirements, their vision for success, and their organizational realities. The senior solutions architect will lead critical delivery efforts and will need to have both strong business and technical architectural acumen. We are looking for someone who can contribute to furthering and harmonizing our newer and legacy code bases we work in.

We are seeking an individual who reflects Evident Change’s values of putting people first, joining forces, getting to the root, and giving it all you’ve got. Our work requires individuals to be aware, accountable, committed, and engaged in ongoing learning to help address complex social challenges for more effective and equitable systems for everyone.

The national average salary for this position ranges between $125,000 and $140,000 per year; compensation may differ from this range depending on where the employee lives. Evident Change also offers a monthly stipend to support our “work from anywhere” culture as well as other great benefits, including medical coverage, that you can customize to fit your needs.

Research shows that women and people of color may hesitate to apply for a job unless they meet every qualification. If you believe that you may be a good match for this job, we encourage you to apply.

Get ready to:
  •  Design and architect complex, large-scale solutions in collaboration with client teams and internal project teams.
  • Engage and lead client teams as a trusted partner and internal project teams as the owner of project vision and strategy.
  • Create comprehensive business and technical architectures and coordinate and guide the internal project team implementing them to ensure fidelity to the proposed solution.
  • Leverage broad business and technical acumen and provide direction to the project team to ensure projects are effectively completed in compliance with project design, quality, and security standards.

Do you have other attributes we should consider? Tell us! We want to hear about them.

Our team has a variety of backgrounds. We employ social workers, those with research and analytics experience, and others who have grown their skills through educational study, personal interest, and other ways of learning. What we share is a commitment to our mission. We want staff who bring a variety of perspectives, backgrounds, cultures, and lived experiences to the work we do.

We generally advertise our jobs throughout the United States. Interested candidates apply and share their resume and cover letter through an online portal.
At the next stage, candidates are invited to participate in an online one-way video-style interview. This step provides an opportunity to reflect and expand on areas of interest, allowing both you and Evident Change to determine whether the position is right for you. Selected candidates are then invited to participate in a panel interview (which may or may not be remote).

If you are passionate about helping to develop technology tools that aid in social services system delivery, and if our mission and values excite you, we invite you to submit an application.  If you need assistance with an accommodation due to a disability, please email [email protected] or call (800) 306-6223.
