This is the highest paying job of this type in our company - if your are a high volume salesperson you would be a great fit!
What is AgentFire?
We create hyperlocal real estate websites for agents in North America. Our primary product is called a 'Spark Site' - and our core value proposition is that our websites help our agents to showcase what makes them special, demonstrate hyperlocal expertise, and multiply the number of deals that they're closing.

Who is a good fit for this position?
- You are someone who knows sales 1 - 2 years experience (minimum). Experience with the "2.0 Cold Calling" strategy (Salesforce) is a BIG extra.
- You are an outgoing, enthusiastic and self-driven calling machine with a proven success rate!
- You don’t mind calling in high volumes and you seek that thrill you get when converting a lead.
- Given that the real earning potential is in commissions for appointments set - you’ll be a good fit if you THRIVE in competitive, commission-oriented environments.
- Also are fluent/native in spoken/written English and have lots of experience with working with US based customers.
Work hours & location info
We’ll expect you to work roughly 8 hrs/day, 40 hrs/week, between Eastern Standard and Pacific Standard time zones (since most of our clients are in the US and Canada.) As for where you work, that’s entirely up to you! This is a 100% remote position and our team is located all over the world!
How will you be interacting with prospective clients?
You’ll be expected to reach out to leads via an auto dialer, trying to get them to book a product demo with one of our sales reps.
Salary & Commissions
You'll be receiving a base hourly wage of $10 - $15 depending on your experience. For each lead successfully converted - booking a demo appointment with our sales reps - you receive $10 commission. It is HIGHLY probable that you get 10 - 15 demos booked per day ($100 - $150 daily commission).

Non-native/fluent English speaker. This position is NOT for shy, timid people who don’t thrive in competitive, commission oriented environments!
