Job Responsibilities Take over closed deals and assist clients with onboarding Ensure fast paced and uninterrupted support to clients via email or phone as needed Vendor communication for timely delivery of our clients’ service Create and maintain documentation for the processes you own Improve client response rates as well as client satisfaction
Requirements / Must Have Previous experience in a customer service Previous experience in corporate services business is a plus Self motivated to learn new skills Empathy Proactiveness Self-Starter Type Ability to self organize based on priorities Listen, Learn, Grow mindset Excellent command of English – written and spoken Experience working remote
