Our Customer Experience Team builds and maintains relationships with Amare's partners and customers. Your job is to respond to and handle customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction. You will work with your team members, other Amare teams, and external vendors to make sure customer needs are met.

Key Job Duties

  • Answering or making calls for customers to learn about and address their needs with products or services.
  • Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, answering questions, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued.
  • Engage in active listening with callers: confirming or clarifying information needed.
  • Build lasting relationships with customers and other team members based on trust and reliability.
  • Use software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately.
  • Understand and strive to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent consistent customer service.
  • Make recommendations for procedures, policies, products, or services that may better suit client needs.
  • Take part in training and other learning opportunities to expand your knowledge of company and position.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Requirements

  • 2-3 years minimum customer service experience
  • Spanish or French Bilingual a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications or related field highly desirable
