Brian Petruzzi

An Entrepreneur since a young boy, Brian Petruzzi is the CEO of 1000 Degrees Neapolitan Pizzeria Franchise, who's home office is located in Galloway, New Jersey. He has instituted a corporate chain of restaurants since 2014, and in 2015, he announced 18 new locations, including restaurants in Cupertino, California, Michigan, Arizona, Florida, Texas, North Dakota, and many other states as well as Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. With the rising success of the company, Brian Petruzzi aims to open as many as 170 store units by 2017, including establishing a presence in Panama and the United Arab Emirates and is finalizing plans for Saudi Arabia and Quatar.

Brian Petruzzi created the fast casual Neapolitan Style Pizzeria concept 1000 Degrees Neapolitan Pizzeria, considered among the fastest-growing franchise chains of it's kind. His rotating brick ovens produce more than 200 pizzas each hour, and his staff of culinary professionals continues to develop customizable options for consumers.

Away from the office, Brian Petruzzi enjoys spending time outdoors coaching youth soccer and fishing. He also likes to play the piano and prefers music from the classical tradition. Active in the community, he maintains a charitable commitment to the Atlantic City Rescue Mission.
