Diana Irene Dibble

Diana Irene Dibble began her career as a loan processor with ComUnity Lending and went on to become a loan originator at DHI Mortgage. In less than three years, Diana Irene Dibble achieved personal production levels of more than $500 million and secured a place in the company's President's Club.

Subsequently promoted to branch sales manager, Ms. Dibble provided crucial assistance in structuring complex transactions and solving underwriting issues. Her success in this role preceded her advance to branch manager, in which she facilitated marketing in California. Ms. Dibble balanced these responsibilities with the coordination of training programs for loan origination and sales while overseeing all transaction processing.

Diana Dibble now leads as branch manager of Southern California operations at Home Community Mortgage, where she has worked closely with the team at Nationstar to create processes that coordinate with the new construction purchase and homebuilding operations of joint venture partner KB Home.
