Bradshaw Santoro

Drawing upon more than a decade of relevant experience, Bradshaw Santoro serves as managing director of the Syntagma Group's temporary staffing and consulting enterprise in the northeastern United States. Among other responsibilities, Bradshaw Santoro is tasked with overseeing business development, project delivery, talent identification, and training and development. Before joining Syntagma in 2018, he managed his own temporary staffing business and expanded the operations of two others in New York and Boston.

While working as vice president of Robert Half Financial Services, Bradshaw Santoro launched the firm's temporary staffing and permanent placement divisions and grew their combined annual run rate to $4 million within one year. As a result, he earned the Reach for the Stars sales award in 2012. Earlier in his career, as director of The Mergis Group's New York office, he was a two-time recipient of the firm's Performance Forum award. Supplementing his professional pursuits, he regularly attends events hosted by the Boston Business Journal as well as those with discussion topics pertaining to regulatory issues affecting banks and other large financial institutions. Mr. Santoro holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Rollins College.
