Based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, Lyana Rasip is a manager and talent and organization consultant at Accenture Management Consulting, where she has been since 2008. Most recently, she has taken on the project management office lead position for a national service provider. Since starting this position in September 2013, Lyana Rasip has developed an implementation plan and managed a five-person team through the execution of change management software that affected more than 25,000 staff members.
