Ryan Novaczyk

For more than a decade, Ryan Novaczyk has served as partner, president, and chief financial officer of New Perspective Senior Living in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. His professional responsibilities include overseeing the financing, investments, acquisitions, and growth strategies of a company with retirement communities in Minnesota, Illinois, North Dakota, and Wisconsin. Prior to joining New Perspective Senior Living, Ryan Novaczyk held executive positions with Deephaven Capital Management and Galleon Group. His earlier work experience includes serving as an equity research analyst with Piper Jaffray in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

In preparation for his career, Mr. Novaczyk earned a bachelor’s degree in financial management from the University of St. Thomas. He later continued his studies at the UMBC Erickson School of Aging, where he earned several certificates in senior housing and care. Today, he works to stay up to date on the latest developments in the senior care industry through memberships to groups such as the Assisted Living Federation of America and the National Investment Center for Seniors Housing and Care.

Outside of his work, Ryan Novaczyk enjoys supporting charities and staying current on developments in politics and economics. He also uses his free time to stay in shape by running, biking, skiing, and playing golf.
