Anthony Ianniello

As a partner in the New York firm Ianniello Anderson, PC, Anthony Ianniello draws on over 45 years of experience in real estate law. Having previously received a dual master of science/master of business administration (MS/MBA) in accounting from Northeastern University, he went on to receive his juris doctor from Albany Law School. Anthony Ianniello founded the firm shortly after entering professional practice and now assists more than 30 lending institutions in the region with their settlement and closing needs.

Under Anthony Ianniello's leadership, the firm handles a comprehensive range of zoning and land use issues. He has personally served as counsel for commercial clients before planning and municipal boards across the Capital District, handling such projects as residential subdivisions, office parks, and shopping centers. In his capacity as president, Ianniello also directs a team of 20 attorneys and 60 support professionals, who collaborate to offer clients representation in real estate litigation as well as a variety of business, civil, and criminal matters.
