Job description

Lemonway is looking for an “Account Executive Alliances” to strengthen its current team. This is a unique opportunity to join Lemonway, an ambitious company in the fast-moving and exploding Fintech industry.

As an Account Executive Alliances, you will be responsible for developing Lemonway’s partnership ecosystem by forming new alliances and maximizing the potential of the allies under your responsibility.

Your role will be both external (partner facing) and internal as you will need to support many cross-business initiatives.

Your main responsibilities will include :

  • Hunting potential partners and create new relationships all across Europe (with CMS, Financial Marketplace related partners, Ecommerce players)

  • Executing partnerships opportunities (Driven mainly by Financial Marketplaces) to increase lead generation according to our growth targets

  • Cultivating and animating trusted relationships with our partners in order to secure long term relationships

  • Setting-up and monitoring performance indicators with your allies to analyze existing partnerships and increase revenue generation

  • Contribute to our overall Alliances strategy

  • Exchanging daily with our internal teams to: support the sales teams and share your knowledge, improve our current processes, coordinate marketing actions or even support the launch of new product features



Preferred experience

  • 4 years of experience in a Consulting firm, a Fintech or in the Financial industry

  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and to handle multiple topics at once while maintaining a sense of priority

  • Autonomous, curious and proactive / Entrepreneurial mindset

  • Comfortable working on complex ecosystems as well as working cross-functionally within the structure

  • Understanding of the Fintech & Payment environment is a plus

  • Fluent in French and English (full business proficiency), German is a plus
