4+ years in creative project management in an agency or in-house environment.

Experience in managing web, video, social and print projects.

What you’ll be working on

This is a chance to be a key part of the rebrand a company that landed at #14 on the 2022 CNBC Disruptor 50 and is bringing sustainable, carbon neutral solutions to the freight industry.

Rebranding and is looking for an experienced creative project manager to lead the roll out.

The Project Manager will be responsible for consulting with stakeholders and creatives, breaking the project down into actionable steps, managing expectations, timelines and deliverables.

Traffic tasks to internal and external teams, and manage schedules.

Organize, attend and participate in stakeholder meetings; coordinating and follow-up of project tasks and actions.

Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings.

Ensure project deadlines are met.

Provide administrative support as needed.

First few deliverables:

Meeting with stakeholders to define milestones, next steps, tasks, etc.

Utilize project management software to input/plan and provide transparency.

Work with VP of Creative to plan resourcing and assign tasks.
