• 
  4+ years cross platform design experience (Web, Android, iOS) building digital products and product features, ideally from an in-house environment.
• Natural inclination to always think “MVP first“.
• Experience leading user testing sessions and validating design efforts.
• Skilled in HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, React, JSS, SASS, Git, GSAP, Npm, Yarn, Webpack, Material-UI, Storybook || Photoshop, Sketch, InVision, Illustrator, Lightroom (not all are mandatory, the more the better)
• Tasks will involve work for web, desktop as well as mobile
• Self-starter and ability to lead the design process from idea trough delivery
• Experience doing Design QA, to make sure what you design was implemented accordingly
• Ability to work with a low-ego, highly collaborative, cross-functional environment with full autonomy
• Fluent in English
• Able to overlap with GMT+7 - GMT+2 business hours

• User Interface design for Web, Android, iOS
• Front end development work
• Employ user-centred design methods to develop user interface specifications such as interaction models and workflows
• Support the production process — supporting the idea through the creative process to final sign off and implementation with engineering
• Work closely with our software engineers to define the best way to approach a problem
• Support the marketing efforts by providing relevant mockups, product updates and graphical content
