We’re looking for a Financial Manager who will work across the company to help us optimise and organise the business for future growth.
Financial Manager will be reporting directly to the CEO and is expected to grow into the CFO.
Responsibilities
- Controlling, tracking and optimizing expenses.
- Working closely with accounting and other financial service providers.
- Creating and updating procedures for payroll, currency exchange and other financial activities.
- Reporting financial results to the management.
- Helping with decision-making related to new initiatives, products, and business opportunities.
- Making sure financial strategy and setup is well aligned with overall company goals.

Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in accounting or corporate finance.
- Financial planning and analysis skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
- Confident in working independently, handling several projects at once and meeting deadlines.
- Ability to work with teams across multiple time zones and countries.
- This position is full-time (40 hours per week).
