Responsibilities - Leading a team/teams of Full Stack Engineers team through management and mentorship. - Assist in the expansion of the technical team - Recommending technological developments and improvements. - Lead scoping and sprint planning within your teams - Understand, triage and assign defects to be solved along with feature work. - Identify and scope infrastructure or tooling changes to impact efficiency and/or quality - Dive into the architecture, designs and code in order to lead your team effectively. - Lead contributor and owner of process and team structure decisions. - Directly impact our ability to grow quickly while improving operational efficiencies.

Requirements: - A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT or Engineering - 2-4 years of prior management experience - Strong organizational leadership skills. - A passion for programming and solving problems with code. - A strong technical background and you are still capable of using it every day. - Experience in recruiting Engineers and contributors. - Previous working experience in software design and developing customer-orientated platforms. - Familiarity with AWS architecture. - Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms and architecture design. - Expert in Javascript paradigms. - Experience in React native and NodeJS. - Experience in Native mobile app development. - Prior experience in leading & building teams, and cross-functional collaboration,
