We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to work with our customers from North America.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support via chat, email and phone
  • Help customers solve their problems with the setup, implementation and operation of our products
  • Interact with colleagues, come up with ideas on how to improve our current workflow
  • Create knowledge base articles, instructions and supporting documents for our clients

Who you are:

  • You love people
  • You are naturally patient, client-oriented and helpful
  • You are fluent in written and spoken English (upper-intermediate or above)
  • You know the basics of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
  • You have the general understanding of how network protocols, IP telephony and websites work
  • You can find common application errors using browser console
  • You are available to work from 8 am till 5 pm, Monday - Friday (GMT-3)
