We are currently looking for a Full-Time Appointment Setter based in the UK.
The role of the appointment setter is to provide excellent service to new inbound inquiries who are interested in our products. The appointment setter contacts and qualifies new leads to book them as appointments for our sales team. The goal of the appointment setter is to book as many appointments as possible in a way that increases conversion for the sales team.
The successful applicant will be responsible for representing our brand on calls with prospective clients, using sales tactics to pre-sell them as best possible, and accurately recording data related to those calls.
They will also be required to work closely with the sales team, attend sales meetings, and communicate with management as required.
This is not an extensive list of all responsibilities but it gives you a sense of what a day looks like.
The successful applicant will be self-motivated as there is a lot of autonomy to the role. They will also be results-focused, confident, work well with other people and communicate on a high level. We will provide all the scripts, tools, training, and ongoing mentoring required for you to perform at a high level. We're looking for someone dependable that can take all of those resources and deliver results.
