Kim Gill

The chairman of real estate development at Sable Holdings, Kim Gill spearheads commercial and residential property transactions and construction efforts throughout the Greater Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. Over his 17 years with Sable, he has worked with investors and lenders to fund a number of multimillion-dollar projects and coordinated with governmental entities to obtain all necessary approvals. His major residential developments include The Woodlands in Krugerville, Texas, and Lawson Farms in Midlothian, Texas. Kim Gill's commercial accomplishments include the Starbucks Shopping Center in Leander, Texas.

Before joining the team at Sable, Mr. Gill operated his own Fort Worth-based real estate firm under the name Kim Gill Investments. His duties with this firm ranged from presenting property investment opportunities before potential development partners to supervising on-site operations for properties under construction. A former member of the Fort Worth Builders Association, he participated in the organization's 1996 Kaleidoscope of Homes in the Fort Worth neighborhood of Western Oaks.
