Alexander Pobedinsky

The recipient of both a juris doctor and master of arts in Slavic languages and literature from Syracuse University, Alexander (Alex) Pobedinsky most recently maintained responsibilities as vice president, general counsel, and corporate secretary for Coyne Textile Services in Syracuse, New York. In his leadership role with the company, which he served for nearly two decades, Alexander Pobedinsky directed legal matters, collective bargaining, human resources, labor-management relations, payroll and benefits, and risk management and insurance.

Among his accomplishments with Coyne, Alex Pobedinsky closed corporate refinancing deals valued in excess of $350 million and restructured the delivery of legal services, which created more than $1 million in savings per year on outsourced legal spending.

Alexander Pobedinsky previously served as a partner at O'Hara, Hanlon, Knych and Pobedinsky, LLP, also in Syracuse. He joined the firm as an associate attorney in 1991 and was promoted to partner attorney in 1996.
