Marc Morale

Marc Morale is an experienced business leader in the construction industry. After nearly 12 years in a project management position with a construction company in Chicago, Illinois, he founded Hamilton Construction, a sewer, water main, and land reclamation business. His responsibilities in this position range from the management of daily operations at the Frankfort, Illinois, firm to on-site engineering and surveying activities.

Marc Morale studied civil engineering at the Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago, where he earned an academic scholarship and engaged as a member of Hispanic student organizations. Beyond his leadership activities as a construction professional, he enjoys leading an active lifestyle. Mr. Morale is particularly active as a scuba diver, maintaining certification with Scuba Diving International (SDI), Technical Diving International (TDI), and Professional Association of Diving Instructors (PADI). When Marc is not getting dusty on a job site or getting wet under water, he enjoys mountain biking with his two sons. His other interests include traveling and refining his skills as a photographer and videographer.
