Aimee Bissett

Aimee Bissett stands out as founder and managing partner of 97 Land Company, a land and real estate development consulting firm. She oversees a staff of industry leaders with specialized expertise who offer services ranging from market and feasibility analysis to navigation of the entitlement process. Aimee Bissett also leads her team in providing comprehensive project assessment and management services.

In her work, Aimee Bissett offers a no-cost analysis and report of land-use potential. She provides a breakdown of what uses would be compliant for a particular piece of land considering current zoning, as well as rezoning options for expanding a property’s potential. In addition, she draws on her knowledge of potential use encumbrances, including designated areas of environmental sensitivities and floodplains designated by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), to help land owners understand potential challenges.

Ms. Bissett also serves a member of the public-private partnership council for the Urban Land Institute. In this role, she offers her expertise in encouraging economic development through collaborating public and private sector companies.
