Hayley Dierker

With more than a decade of experience working in politics, Hayley Dierker recently served as chief operating officer and chief of staff for the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC) based in Washington, DC. In this role, she worked with other members of the executive team to develop a two-year budget of $212 million. Hayley Dierker spent three years in this position after serving as the DCCC’s senior advisor to the chair and chief of staff of the chairman’s office.

After obtaining her undergraduate degree in public relations and political science from Northern Arizona University, she began her career as a campaign scheduler and press assistant for Paul Babbitt for Congress. From there, she spent two years as administrative associate to the provost and vice president at her alma mater. Hayley Dierker then moved to Washington, DC, and became program coordinator for 21st Century Democrats.

In her spare time, Hayley Dierker enjoys keeping active by kayaking, snow skiing, and spinning. She is also a fan of the soap opera The Young and the Restless and watches Hunger Games and Harry Potter movies. In addition, she supports her brother’s band The HA, also known as Human Assembly.
