Robert P. Givens Has Over 27 Years of National Security Experience

A member of the Air Force Association and Veterans Community Alliance of Louisville, Robert P. Givens is an experienced national security professional with an established history of working for Air Force bases and governmental offices. His career covers over 25 years of leadership and operations management in the aerospace field and leading diverse organizations that deal with complex challenges. Robert P. Givens currently works as the president of RPG Consulting in Kentucky.


Mr. Givens served as an inspector general officer at the Air Combat Command Legacy for Langley Air Force Base in Virginia prior to becoming the president of RPG Consulting. His primary responsibilities in this role involved overseeing combat preparations for over 130,000 Air Force personnel and performing Course of Action analyses for future development ventures. He also became a deputy director of operations for the Seoul-headquartered US Forces Korea in 2010, during which time he coordinated with the Republic of Korea Ministry of Defense and directed United Nations military forces.


Robert P. Givens' accomplishments over the course of his career range from utilizing historical analyses for governmental offices to assembling qualified teams in light of the absence of trained personnel. In addition, he implemented innovative syllabuses that increased training qualities by 50 percent at a reduced cost while overseeing F-16 pilots as a US Air Force director.
