Prior to accepting a position with his previous employer, Mr. Hornibrook was part of BNP Paribas equities business, and worked with companies, such as Kurita Water Industries in Japan and undertook a summer consulting project with Woolworths in Australia. In addition, Tim Hornibrook played amateur and professional rugby and American football. His athletic skills led to his relocation to Japan, where he played rugby and worked for his sponsoring company. He retired from high level sport in 2001.
