For several decades, Elliot Feuerstein has served as an officer of Mira Mesa Shopping Center, a commercial real estate project in San Diego that he helped develop. As an officer, he works closely with financial institutions, government officials, contractors, architects, and other professionals to keep the property operating efficiently. Elliot Feuerstein prepared for his career in real estate development at the University of California, Los Angeles, and subsequently collaborated on real estate projects with his father before embarking on his own projects. His first solo project was the Mira Mesa Nursery garden center, one of the first commercial operations in Mira Mesa, California.
Elliot Feuerstein has worked on a number of major commercial projects over the years, including Mesa, Euclid, and Brookhurst Shopping Centers. Through these centers, he has worked with major tenants like Mobil Oil, Goodyear Tire, Target, and McDonald’s. He remains a managing member of these properties.
To give back to the community, Elliot Feuerstein provides support to a range of nonprofits, including the Southern Poverty Law Center, the National Foundation for Cancer Research, and Youth Tennis San Diego.
