Paul Iantorno

Assisting Golden Properties, LLC, Paul Iantorno is real estate developer whose family presence in the San Francisco building community spans four generations. A St. Ignatius High School graduate, Paul Iantorno initially pursued a passion for movie-making through film studies at San Francisco State University and Loyola Marymount University.

Getting his entrepreneurial start with a handcrafted Italian shoe retailer, Mr. Iantorno developed a strong interest in the art and design involved in handmade footwear. Launching his own custom shoe business on Sutter Street in the late 1990s, he established a reputation for exclusivity in the design of custom shoes with extremely limited runs.

Expanding to a second Hayes Valley retail location in 2002, Mr. Iantorno transitioned part-time into real estate a couple years later. He provides experienced oversight in the construction of buildings from the ground-up, including single-family homes and apartments buildings. Golden Properties, LLC undertakes meticulous restorations and renovations of buildings from the turn of the 20th century.

Paul Iantorno and his team maintain a strong relationship with several Real Estate Brokerage Firms including Vanguard Properties, which helps interior design and showcase newly constructed and renovated properties for sale.
