Imogene L. Cathey - Seton Hill University General Counsel

In August 2015, Imogene L. Cathey took on the position of general counsel with Seton Hill University in Greensburg, Pennsylvania. As part of the private, nonprofit academic institution's operations, she oversees legal matters ranging from tax issues to academic governance. She also handles the school's compliance with various federal laws, such as Title IX and FERPA. Imogene Cathey also provides advice and counsel on legal issues as they arise to the school's officials, such as its board of trustees and president's council.
