The founder of recruiting consultancy Another8, Scott Robarge has more than 15 years of experience in the professional staffing industry. Early in his professional career, he distinguished himself as co-founder of a boutique firm Alpine Recruiting, which quickly grew to include 13 employees during the dot-com expansion of the late 1990s and early 2000s. In 2003, Scott Robarge transitioned into an in-house recruiting position with Salesforce.com.
Scott Robarge entered Salesforce.com as a senior recruiter and recruiting technologist, in which role he oversaw the entire recruiting process for seven key business units. Highly efficient in developing hiring processes and engaging top talent he played a large role in scaling the organization in a time of hyper-growth. Subsequently promoted to Manager of Recruiting Operations and Technology, he continued to optimize hiring best practices. He designed and implemented Talentforce, a recruiting solution on the salesforce.com platform, while also providing training to recruiters on a global scale. Scott Robarge now leverages this diverse breadth of experience leading Another8 in placing management as well as individual contributors in Engineering, Sales, Services, Support, Marketing and Operations for their diverse client base.
