Alphonso Maldon – Founder of Partnership Strategies Consulting

A former United States Army officer and White House administrator, Alphonso Maldon holds a bachelor of science in business administration from Florida A&M University in Tallahassee and a master of arts in human relations from the University of Oklahoma in Norman. He also completed educational programs at multiple military schools, including the Armed Forces Staff College, the Command and General Staff College, and the U.S. Army's Organizational Effectiveness Management School. Alphonso Maldon's military distinctions include the Army Commendation Medal and the Defense Meritorious Service Medal with two oak leaf clusters.


Alphonso Maldon has served as the president and chief executive officer of Partnership Strategies Consulting since founding the Washington, DC-based firm with a mission to help companies develop in the federal market space. Mr. Maldon is also a founding partner and co-owner of the Major League Washington Nationals baseball team and the former president of the Washington Nationals' Dream Foundation. He is currently perusing a variety of corporate board opportunities.
