Carol Massoud

MBA and Certified Property Manager in Quebec, Canada

An MBA graduate of Concordia University's John Molson School of Business, licensed real estate agent and certified property manager Carol Massoud began her career in 1987 as a property manager for Societé Globale de Construction. In this capacity, Ms. Massoud oversaw leasing and operations for high-rise properties in downtown Montreal. In 1992, Carol Massoud left Societé Globale de Construction to join Canadian National's (CN) real estate division as a property manager, a role in which she supervised operations for numerous commercial facilities in the Montreal area while contributing to the city's massive redevelopment of the Central Station area.

After leaving CN in 1997, Carol Massoud went on to hold several leadership positions in the Quebec real estate industry, including serving as a project and development manager for Sigma Property Management, a real estate portfolio analyst for Sun Life financial, and the director of leasing and property management for ING Real Estate. From 2010 to 2013, she functioned as a regional director for Colliers International. In this position, she spearheaded all business development for the global firm's Real Estate Management Services (REMS) division. Currently, Ms. Massoud serves as the vice president of development for Maestri Terra Real Estate.

An outdoors enthusiast, during her free time Carol Massoud enjoys hiking and mountain climbing. In 2011, she successfully scaled Tanzania's Mt. Kilimanjaro.
