Graham R. Taylor

With an emphasis on global corporate formation and management, Graham R.Taylor leads the Marquis Advisory Group. The well-established San Francisco consulting venture assists U.S. and international firms in all aspects of financing, as well as venture capital and hedge fund structuring. Graham R.Taylor and his team have extensive experience in helping international technology companies enter the U.S. market and are adept in setting up private corporate and REIT platforms optimized for real estate investments.

Mr. Taylor earned undergraduate degrees in commerce and law at the University of New South Wales in Australia and subsequently completed a master of laws at Yale University. With professional experience in Sydney and New York, Mr. Taylor relocated to San Francisco in the early 1980s. He was a partner in Pillsbury Winthrop, LLP (formerly Pillsbury, Madison & Sutro, LLP), for nearly two decades. Active in philanthropy, he is committed to creating a next-generation platform that utilizes venture capital strategies in developing new fuels and sustainable technologies.
