Kirbi Isaac

As a district manager with Aldi Inc., Kirbi Isaac recruits and trains store personnel, designs and implements efficient operating procedures, and oversees daily operations for various supermarkets in South Jersey. Since joining the company in 2011, she has helped create procedures to roll out more than 200 new products into Aldi’s core offerings. Additionally, Kirbi Isaac piloted several programs that aim to improve store manager and district manager teams through increased feedback on training seminars.

A graduate of Hampton University with a bachelor of science in business administration, Kirbi Isaac was a member of the Sigma Beta Delta Honor Society and the Golden Key International Honour Society. She participated on the school’s Blue Thunder cheerleading squad and spent several years after graduation as a cheerleading coach with the Enon Tabernacle Baptist Church. In her free time, Ms. Isaac enjoys listening to music and playing with her dog Ace, a Lhasa Apso and Papillon mix. An avid traveler, she has visited several destinations in Mexico as well as Hawaii and the Bahamas.
